These terms govern access to and use of services provided by Darsynel at the domain darsynel.top, located at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, 244 Corniche Street, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.

1. Services Offered

Darsynel delivers legal support to enterprises, including compliance reviews, contract drafting, and corporate advisory.

2. User Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate details and cooperate with assigned legal advisors.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Professional Services

If an engagement is canceled within 7 days of agreement and no substantive work has commenced, Darsynel will issue a full refund. Once work begins, fees are non-refundable due to allocation of personnel and resources. Clients may request to reschedule advisory sessions or workshops up to 5 business days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

3.2 Information Products

For digital materials such as guides or recorded sessions, clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the content remains undownloaded. After this period or once access is granted, no refund is available. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval.

3.3 Physical Goods

Clients may send back physical items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, Darsynel will process a refund within 7 calendar days. Shipments of damaged items are not accepted.

4. Payment Methods and Fees

Darsynel accepts major card brands and approved electronic payment channels. All applicable fees are detailed prior to confirmation.

5. Liability Limitation

Except as required by applicable law, Darsynel’s total liability shall not exceed amounts paid under these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

Darsynel may revise these terms. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
